Welcome to Kearsley Youth Brass Band!
KYBB is a musical charity including Kearsley Training Brass Band and Kearsley Youth Brass Band.

The band was formed in 2010 by Stephen Tonge and Craig Mann, as a community project to make music accessible to all. Over ten years on, the band is proud to say that accessibility remains our core objective.

JOIN KYBB
Both Kearsley Youth Brass Band and Kearsley Training Brass Band rehearse at Kearsley Mount Methodist Church on Tuesday evenings.
​
Our training band rehearses from 5pm-6pm, and the main band rehearses from 6.30pm-8.15pm. KYBB provides brass instruments and tuition to our training band members for free, meaning there are no financial barriers.
​
Despite the name, KYBB is open to anyone of any age, so get in touch today to start your musical journey!

There should be no financial barriers to learning a brass instrument, and we strive to provide as much as possible to our members for free.
This does mean we always need help! If you are able to give anything, big or small, we pledge to put your money to great use and make sure music remains accessible for all.
