"Rejoice!" is KYBB's first ever CD recording, and is a celebration of how far the band has come in the last decade. The name comes from the translation of one of the pieces on the CD - "Gaudete" - the difficult arrangement by Rodney Newton that he wrote for the Fairey Band back in 1998, featuring medieval, and acid brass style writing!

(Eb Bass and Flugel Horn) and Daniel Regan (Trombone).

You can also hear some of our upcoming cornet stars (Rosemary Brunsden, George King and Gabriella Campion) being featured in "Welcome Christmas" and "All I Want For Christmas Is You"
Alongside classic Christmas tunes such as "Winter Wonderland" and "White Christmas", the band pay tribute to the late, great brass band composer Goff Richards, with his difficult but enjoyable "Christmas Piece", which morphs the popular "Sussex Carol" into many different musical styles.
